All entries must be mailedseparately and be received by December 31, 2011. You can get an official entry form by calling our office at 612-767-4660 and mention you want to enter, a friendly customer service representative will call on you, please give your name and number and the best time to reach you.2. The DSS 8 county Sweepstakes involves four offerings possible to win. The Winner is chosen from a random drawing of all entries eligible. The drawing is to be performed using an independent judge, his draw is final on matters of the sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by telephone or in person. If no winner is located in 31 days, another winner will be chosen by another drawing. The drawing will be documented and added to our web site. This Sweepstakes is available to property owners within the following DSS Exteriors service areas of; (Counties of Hennepin, Scott, Dakota, Ramsey, Washington, Sherburne, Mille Lacs and Wright). Please, only one Entry per homestead; Limit one prize to an individual homestead, single family residence. Prizes are not allowed to be transferred. We at DSS EXTERIORS, DSS COMMERCIAL, INC. (our parent company), or our sister companies, will assume no liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes other than what is already provided by contractor laws and regulations, all materials and workmanship warranties are and will be in force because we believe in our good people, equipment and we use quality products. The sweepstakes is an advertisement that helps us find owners that need our services to better their home and their lives. A healthier, energy efficient more beautiful home at very fair pricing is our offer. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Act now! We will be drawing a winner soon! ENTER NOW!!!!If the winner has paid to have DSS Exteriors install a product between January 2011 and December 2011, that is equal to or part of their prize selection, said prizewinner may elect to receive the wholesale value of that prize instead of the product or other products offered in this sweepstakes or one of the many available options from DSS.As the Winner you will authenticate your home address and show I.D. The lucky winner will be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility within 31days of communication initiation by DSS staff. Entry is assumed lost; if misdirected, illegible, or late mail entries or damaged in the mail. DSS EXTERIORS is not to be held in any way liable if such an occurrence takes place, or other events beyond our control.3. If we discover that you have storm damage and you initiate a claim with insurance and whether you allow us to professionally handle the repairs to your home, you will be offered a different offer as a winner or a cash disbursement for the wholesale value of your selection.
4. Sweepstakes only open to a U.S. citizen, full time MN resident homeowners in the counties served by DSS EXTERIORS in the state of Minnesota, 18 years of age or older, sane and sober. Excluded are the employees of DSS Exteriors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, service providers and suppliers. Also excluded are competitors of DSS at all levels except lower level laborers. Also excluded are government employees at state and federal levels.
5. When you enter our sweepstakes, you grant the communication privilege for DSS Exteriors employees and/or representatives to contact you about our design and build services, our great windows, our exciting exterior siding and roofing products, informing you of our warranties and expertise to be employed for your private castle. Building enjoyment for a lifetime. Enter Now!
Your home address, email address and cell phone number should be included to qualify for the Great Prize choices. You also agree DSS EXTERIORS can initiate future communications of our services and products and those of our sister companies that we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out of any or all communications if you should not find them informative and beneficial, whether or not, you use any service or product mentioned in the communications.
6. If you are one of the Grand Prize winners, you give DSS Exteriors the right to take a happy picture of you, your home or likeness for possible publicity or promotion without further costs to DSS. There is no expiration date implied, nor expressed except with regard to sweepstakes drawing periods following close dates.
7.) DSS EXTERIORS will publish the winners on its web site once verified and potentially in further postal or electronic mailings and newsletters.
8.) There are other conditions that will apply, those will be assessed when verifying the winners prize selection of the provided options on the entry form. The conditions of the structure are important when installing any of these materials, any degraded aspects to the home with regard to the selection will be above and beyond the win. More details will be given when the winner is informed of the win of their selection. Our State and Federal laws and regulations direct us to safety, for you and the environment; as in mold, lead, asbestos, disposal and permits are above and beyond the win and will be a cost to the winning homeowner, besides the applicable taxes.
9.) DSS EXTERIORS may elect to have the judge draw again if it becomes that the Winner has arrearages in mortgage payments, has proceedings of foreclosure at any level, is in collections or has misrepresented themselves as eligible in any way or cannot be found. It will remain the sole discretion of DSS Exteriors whether to allow the win to this entrant or to regard this entry as invalid. One of the purposes of this sweepstakes is to improve the living environment of a homestead, for years of enjoyment by the owner and comfort and security of their family, by winning one of our installed products for their home. It is also a byproduct of this offer to increase the value of your home. We may determine to select another entrant if the aforementioned kinds of scenarios cause DSS EXTERIORS to believe the entry invalid.
